Our Leadership Team
Shawna Rickman has more than 17 years’ experience in account management, customer service and business management. Her background in the hospitality industry has provided her with exceptional management and organizational skills. Her ability to multitask, prioritize and see the big picture has helped her bring value to TDS.
Prior to joining TDS, Shawna was the general manager of a global hotel chain, responsible for training and managing staff members and general accounting functions. She achieved top scores in quality and profitability awarding her facility Hotel of the Year in 1998.
Shawna comes to TDS with an associate’s degree in Business Management. In her spare time she enjoys biking, hiking and vacationing with her family.
