Job-Specific Training
TDS provides robust job- and process-specific qualification training for hard and soft skills. At TDS, we can design training programs using existing resources. We will evaluate the program, then incorporate technical and organizational improvements while maintaining client formats, structures and systems.
Whether we’re improving an existing program or creating a new one, evaluation is key to measuring the success of any job-specific training program. TDS applies theories like Bloom’s Taxonomy to test question construction to strengthen learner knowledge and performance.
