
TDS offers competitive benefits to all of our full-time employees and their families.
Several medical and dental plans are available to choose from. A vision plan is also offered. All covered employees, spouses and dependents are eligible to participate. Generally begins on the first of the month following or coinciding with the date of hire. TDS pays a portion of the premium.
Employees can contribute pre-tax dollars to a health care spending account to be used for reimbursement of eligible medical, vision, dental and prescription drug expenses. Employees can contribute pre-tax dollars to a dependent care spending account to be used for reimbursement of work-related care expenses for qualified dependents.
Includes short-term disability after a 14-day elimination period and long-term disability after a 90-day elimination period. This is a company paid benefit.
Basic life insurance coverage as well as accidental death and dismemberment coverage is employer paid. Additional group term life insurance coverage can be purchased after 90 days of service.

Regular full-time employees are eligible for paid vacation and personal/family illness days after completing the required number of days of employment. TDS observes eight (8) paid holidays each year.
