TDS delivers presentation on competencies at WGLC

Afua Kwayie of TDS and Tom White of Hula recently spoke to attendees at the Women’s Global Leadership Conference in Energy (WGLC).

WGLC is one of the largest women’s events in the industry, and the only one that focuses on discussing key environmental, economic and professional development issues in oil and gas.

The TDS/Hula presentation focused on competency management programs and how they can help organizations move beyond spreadsheets to real-time competency management and to clear visibility that supports the alignment of strategic priorities and goals both for the company and the individual.
