Andrew “Drew” De Pass

Consulting Services Manager

Andrew brings more than 25 years’ experience in developing, managing and implementing global learning content for upstream and downstream environments. He began his career as an FCCU Process Operator with Valero Refining-Krotz Springs before moving into a training specialist role at corporate Valero.  Andrew has also led training and development initiatives in the offshore production environment, as well as the Punta Europa onshore gas processing complex in Equatorial Guinea for Marathon-EG, and most recently, managed workforce development projects in Saudi Arabia for a Houston-based training services company.

As Consulting Services Manager, Andrew will focus on the design, development and implementation of workforce development processes; including opportunity assessment and project analysis tools that can further expand consulting service capabilities and initiatives.

Andrew received a bachelor’s degree in General Studies of Behavioral Science from the University of Louisiana, Lafayette and holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Global Human Resource Development, University of Illinois – Urbana-Champagne.
