job-specific training

TDS provides robust job- and process-specific qualification training for hard and soft skills. Our systematic approach allows us to create customized programs in record time, for grassroots plants as well as for existing facilities. Our experience in the industry ensures that these job-specific programs are valid, consistent and reliable. Our extensive knowledge of instructional design enables us to create training programs that are effective, providing each trainee with the tools they need to learn and to take responsibility for completing training independently.

At TDS, we can design training programs using existing content. We will evaluate the program, then incorporate technical and structural improvements while maintaining client formats, systems and policies.

Whether we're improving an existing program or creating a new one, evaluation is key to measuring the success of any job-specific training program. TDS applies theories like Bloom's Taxonomy to test question construction to strengthen learner knowledge and performance.
