TDS has developed an organization Learning System Model (LSM) that supports workforce development in a systematic and comprehensive manner. Knowing the needs of the workforce and the actions to meet those needs is half of the total solution. Using this model as a benchmark, TDS will assess and analyze the organization's existing system to determine its effectiveness and efficiency in implementing and managing those solutions in a manner that will achieve the business goals of the organization.
