Director-Operations, Raul Hernandez, Joins TDS Management Team

HOUSTON - Raul Hernandez has joined TDS as Director - Operations in the company's Process Technology Division. In his new position, he will report directly to the CEO with the responsibility of providing training solutions to clients in the hydrocarbon industry. Hernandez comes to TDS with a strong background in the industry and a track record in managing complex operations.

Prior to joining TDS, he served in several important capacities in chemical plant manufacturing operations with Sterling Chemicals and Monsanto.

During his tenure with Sterling Chemicals, he held various managerial positions such as Plant Manager in Valdosta, GA and Environmental Superintendent in Texas City, TX. Prior to Monsanto merging into Sterling Chemicals, he held various manufacturing roles and was also responsible for the development of a comprehensive training program for Monsanto's Acetic Acid licensee clients around the world. Hernandez has traveled extensively to England, Russia, France and Japan.

Hernandez holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Houston.
