TDS awarded Kaneka Texas contract for design and development of custom technical training material for Bayport plant operators

HOUSTON - Training & Development Systems, Inc. (TDS), headquartered in Houston, Texas, has been contracted by Kaneka Texas to design and develop unit-specific custom Operator Training Manuals for each chemical process unit at its Bayport chemical plant. Each Training Manual, to be utilized by Kaneka Texas' plant operators for improved skills and knowledge, includes a detailed description of the process and control parameters associated with safe and efficient operation. A detailed Training Guide will also be developed by TDS for each operating position. The Training Guide provides a "road map" for the trainee, and a complete listing of training objectives with evaluation instruments.
